    Hi folks,

we were working over 4 weeks in stealth mode to develope an outstanding flash online game for nokia germany. give it a try. it´s an downhill winter game with four different 3d characters and 4 different outstanding mountains. i´m sorry for our international viewers, but it needs a german gsm no. to register and play, but i´m sure there are some german guys around to post any commend. have fun ;-)

    jep it is

    hi,

that's one thing we don't have an influence on. you have to register in order to play the game. that's the problem I guess for the most people here on the board, cause the don't have a German gsm no. but maybe I can arrange a test account for you guys here in order to play the game anyway. the thing is that Nokia spends a hole bunch of winning things for the competitors, for example the first price is a trip for two to the snowboard world cup finals 2001 in Finland and a complete snowboard equipment each week, so they wanted the players to register. but see what I can do to arrange a demo account!

    be right back, ray ;-)

    Here is a demo account

    hi Mad-Sci,

I have created a demo account for all the international folks you want to play the game. When you reach the site you have to choose the link "Spielen" and the the Flash Game will start. Type in the username and pass and go for the challenge. For all Germany please register on your own in order to take part in the winning competition, note this is just a demo account with no prices to win.

    username: flash
    pass: 123456

have fun and thankful for your comments on this, ray ;-)

Maybe because my German is lacking, I found that the little guy sleding down the hill was hard to control. I spent more time flying through the air than I did on my sled. Other than that I really liked the graphics and the concept behind the game. Great job!

    hi satkoski,

thanx that you like it, but for your performance on playing here are some hint. we have four completely different characters to play with all different functions and legs. the command who you played has for example the best jumps with the most bonus time, but is in deed very slippy to control. for a beginner try out pia bronski. she hasn't that great jumps but smooth and direct control so this may be easier to start with.

    have fun, ray ;-)

I will give it a try again. I knew I should have brushed up on my German. I haven't dealt with it since high school. Thanks for the pointers.

    thanx for the credits mad

but think it's time to give them to the other guys created this game. the core time are ditze, from http://www.di-design.de who did all the graphics and interface things. felix, from http://www.orangegray.de who was responsible for the game action, scripting and mountain functionality and ossel who did this outstanding 3d characters in only 2 weeks time with all this crazy moves and jumps. these guys are maybe the most talented flashers here in Germany and I'm looking forward to the downhiller summer edition then maybe with mountainbiking and other great things to come. it's gonne be exiting anyway.

    keep on playing, ray ;-)

Good, fun game, nice graphics. But I think it would look nicer if the edges of the player graphics would be softened (that there's not such a sharp line between the player and the background, but slightly blurred/antialiased)
