Pretty new navigation on my site

It's taken me a few weeks, but the navigation pipes are now completely animated:

comments? Currently, my site is too big for people browsing 800x600 or 1024x768, and I'm working on that, because that cuts out too many viewers.

I think he ment that the bottom five tubes where better the the top 4 tubes. I have to say the slinky has the best detail with the reflections and all, hands down my favorite. 3d studio, After Effects or straight flash?

Well yes, I did work from the bottom and work my way up. Personally, the "personal" and "runway" buttons are my favorite, but ok. I suppose I did get a little lazy on the way up.

Everything 3d was created in 3d studio max. This includes the flower on the runway and the bullet hole on the computer gaming section. The "coding" rollover was made in Corel Photopaint, as was all of the art on the site. Most of the button animations are .avi files rendered in max and stitched into the .jpg background in flash, so that when you rollover the .avi plays over the .jpg image.
