Its got a Flash games section on it, but I need games!

Yes, it seems that there may be some copyright issues with the games on your site. To publish other people's games (or any content for that matter) it is important to get the authors' permission first. If you do not have the authors' permission you have no right to publish a game. This can land you in very deep trouble. I suggest that you do some reading on copyright issues pronto.
