I think it's a nice site.

You overdid the shine on the buttons though. On the main navigation it's ok, but then you did it on events and videos.

It would be ok, but it's not that well done of a shine.

I think its a good site. There are some areas that need work, like the quality of the graphics. Umm, I can't really think of anything else, but your framerate is good also.

I was real hooked on video in flash, until I discovered Quicktime "for real" and all that I can do with it. No more waiting for things to load- that's would be my only suggestion, but it's a clean site, I like it very much.
I like the use of viral marketing too.
