if i am to put it plainly i'll just say its not a good logo design. none of them really.

don't get offended, but it looks to me everyones is saying 3 is fine because you're razor , fk official doorman (loved that avatar)

anyway. i'd first ask what do you plan to do with that logo. if you plan to print it and make use of it, not only as a web logo, but as corporate identity included in letters and cards, i'll tell you to forget about gradients.
not only it will cost you more, but it will print worse, and it's impact and efficiency will drop. logos are primarily shape. color is secondary. and a bad use of it can even be ruin a nice logo design.
that's one of the reasons for which a logo should be designed in black, and then colored.
that means that if i had nº3 in black it would look like this:



the question is: do you think you could recognize razormedia from that shape? i believe you could. it could actually look nice. but when i look to your red gradient one i can just see another webbie logotype that doesn't resemble anything. the red thing could be razormedia or trendymedia. no difference.

your shape is pretty poor. not bad when i look at it in black. but far from original and outstanding. the impression i get is that i'm sure i've seen the same kind of thing somewhere else ( not saying you ripped).

you must know that not every image, no matter how cool it is, serves as a logo properly. also, the blob with the swoosh doesn't tell me anything about razor... may it be is has something like a cut.. but not very clear.

a logo should be a sort of simplification, summary of the product your trying to sell. sometimes you can achieve that with just a name. you don't need anymore than the company's name to advertise it. no visual effects nor eyecandy. just a word with a nice font.

dunno. this is just some basics ideas that flowed into my mind. not meaning to offend. just wanted to help
