anyone w/ unix using mozilla?

i posted this a while ago but apparently there was a complaint that with unix OS and mozilla browser you can't see: www.hrprivacy.com can any check who has those settings if thats actually true and also if that is the case can anyone point me in a direction to figure out how to fix this?

I use Mozilla FireFox (which , incidently is far better that oe) and I can see the site fine.

When I visited the site, the SWF file was very small dimensionally by default. I had to actually click to zoom in to use it.

any idea of how to make this not so small, that was actually the complaint someone gave...
