i am trying to create a flash executable which is similar to a circular slide rule. there are three wheels of different diameters. the middle one doesn't move. the two outside ones do. i want to be able to allow users to drag the two outside wheels (along a circular path). the idea is something like this (http://www.hpmuseum.org/loga.jpg).

how difficult is this to do? i'm a low-to-medium level user of actionscript...
