Scroll back on Rollover

Hi, Enclosed is a movie I'm working on for a presentation. I have it working fairly well so far with a <stop movie> on rollover but what I want to try and do is to scroll the movie backwards or forwards one frame at a time depending on the mouse position. IE. <stop movie on rollover><if mouse moves left, scroll back><if mouse moves right, scroll forward><play movie on rollout>. Any help greatly appreciated.
