Need easy photo slide show or album tutorial

I am looking for a an easy photograph slide show or album that people can look at and also download the picture.. I know some flash but not that great at actionscript..

I know loading images dynamically is the way to go.. but have found very complicated tutorials on this..

I need something a 10 year could do..

macromedia flash mx comes with a pretty easy to understand photo album tutorial. just open file > new from template > then select photo slide show.

I have tried that..but how do I add a way to let the user download the images and load the images dynamically so that the file won't be so big..
