Where are the Web Templates

I am probably going to be blasted for saying this,,, but I'll say it anyway.... the templates are available but they are crap,, that doesn't say that they are no good it only says that they are crap if you want to use them second hand,
Use your imagination and make your own template,,, then let the bozos copy thenm, Originality is everything,,always,,If not then you are only following the sheep,,,,BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
