    iTunes 1.x

    Does anyone have a copy of iTunes 1.0 or iTunes 1.1 for Mac?

    I have a clapped out OS8.6 machine in the corner acting as an MP3 player, but the current software, Audion, keeps crashing.

    I've found a couple of hacks to get iTunes working on OS8.6, but cannot find an early iTunes.. and of course none can be found at apple.com.

    I'd be much obliged.

    I can do you iTunes 2.0 if that is any use. It is OS9 native - no idea if it will run in 8.6...

    Thanks, theallan, but only iTunes 1.1 or 1.0 can be run on OS8.6, and even that requires some hacking.

    And sadly the Mac is too small and powerless to run 0S9.

    So... anyone else? In your old powerbooks and eMacs?
