video plays jerky on mac

hi,
please check this site (www.facethemusic.com), were i embedded a video into flash. it's playing fine on my pc (and others i tested), but usually on mac computers it is running in slowmotion or playing very jerky.
is it the flash player for mac, which is slow, or is it ther graphic board.
