    Can't add and delete layers

    I have the newest koolmoves but can't add or delete layers manually. can only delete frames but not the layer. is it possible?

    Use View>> list of shapes.

    Then use the icon that looks like a pair of sissors.
    Any programming language is at its best before it is implemented and used.
