swish exports monochrome!?

hello,

when i try to export a swish movie to .swf + .html, everything goes fine and de .html shows the .swf perfectly. but now i want to export a .swf and import it to dreamweaver or flash. in both programs, the .swf does get imported in the document. but when i play the .swf, it is black/white, it suddenly lost its color! does someone knows how i can fix this? thanks

Hi apparently you have an unregistered version of swishlite
All of this is documented on the swish lite download page.

better pick up that lic quick as time is running out.

better still go for swishmax.

wel, it's swish 2.01, but it's not registered yet indeed. i think swish 2.01 has the same problem? thanks for your reply

In SWiSHlite it is not a problem, just one of the limitations of the trial.

For SWiSHv2, read this -

there are a couple of different situations that can cause such symptoms.

To correctly diagnose the problem, you need to contact SWiSHzone Support by lodging a support call here -

They will need...
If you are a licenced user
1)the email address registered for your licence
2)your build date of SWiSH (look under 'Help About SWiSH')
3)attach a zip file containing the .swf AND the .swi of a small sample movie (it must have both image and text) to the call.

If you are a trial user
1)tell them so.
2)The Site Code displayed on the unlock dialogue (it displays every time you open the trial installation)
3)your build date of SWiSH (look under 'Help About SWiSH')
4)a small sample movie as described above, containing an image and text. Zip both .swi and .swf files and attach the zip file to the call.
