nice example, though.

no flash has its limits, if you push the player too much then it wont matter how good your pc is, flash will still slow down. Like what happened to me, I got a new graphics card and it made no difference in my flash game.

The graphics card won't make much difference. All of the graphics rendering in the flash player is executed by the main processor, not the GPU on the graphics card. Only apps/games that use Directx 3D and openGL will get faster with a new graphics card.

Something to clone! Added some angle constraints, and the falling "style" of that example:

I'll replace the graphics with pictures as soon as I get hold of a camera =)

Just noticed the title of this thread is 'Verlet Integration (aka Ragdoll Physics) CONVERTED to Processing' Does this mean you have a version of this in flash? :-)
The only decent implementation ive seen of ragdoll has been in 'N'...
[EDIT]
Just seen the link posted by pauly, thats really quite good although you would think if they went to all that effort they would have put limits on the angles for the body joints, it bends completly unnartually - especially the arms...

Converted is not a typo =) I do in fact have several Flash examples (created with Raigan's help) of verlet integration. I made my bike example public about a month ago but I think many missed it =p Here it is again, enjoy. BTW, the AS is a bit messy, just to warn you.

I know . Ha, I remember looking at that and not understanding anything!
That is why I had my comment: "Your code scares me..."

Was going to use myself, but Photoshop was being mean, so I just used an Illustrated character. Enjoy.
