Back to the original subject of how to become a MOD I have heard that if you send atleast a Tetrabyte of porn to MarkP it can speed thing up.

My one on-subject response is ever hear of the Q in star trek? Kinda like that here. Ruling clan feels ur worthy then poof ur immortal. Otherwise ur SOL. If u don't think its that simple ur address is dreamland. So author make thoughtful posts. You can make helpful or even just sincere posts or u can stare at ur willy with one eye and say nothing useful, it is all up to u. i don't see how his post count woulc be inaccurate by 9k?! was it counting posts in the lounge by mistake or something?

rebuild of the database retroactively excluded all CL posts from the beginning.

so that means Av and myself were 50%/50% help/chat by our numbers dropping in half.

Coffee Lounge Lizards... they saw the bigger drops.

I saw a drop of a dozen or so. I discovered the Coffee Lounge a week before they stopped counting the posts.

In the early months (years) of the board, CL posts were counted as well. Now after the recount, those early CL posts are not counted anymore. And all the "yarr" postcount reductions are now again counted, so a few members have now a bigger postcount as before.

We also deleted some old forums that were no longer in use so those posts were also deducted from post counts.
