Effects doesnt work

The sweeping highlights effect doesnt work anymore on my new version 5.03 any help?

Sorry, I do not know how to post a link to a discussion on this board as others do. But this might help:

If you do a "search this forum" for "sweeping highlight" you will see a thread called "Flash 8 released." Within that thread there is some code (by W. Brants I think) that fixes the effect for Flash 8. (Look at the thread, near the bottom, you will see it.)

To add to that, the motionScript effects are made with ActionScript, therefore, you need a flashPlayer 6 or higher for them to work....
