Simple Jiu Jitsu Site
Hey
I was wondering if anyone could comment on a site I'm doing for a friend's Jiu Jitsu Club. Does it need a preloader? And do preloaders actually work or just look like they work?
Is the text readable?
Is it safe from people finding ways past the login prompt for the admin part?

Thanks a lot,

Simple but nice! You've picked a great color scheme, but that graphic on the bottom-left stands out in a bad way. The placement of the photos would be better within the content box, and minor suggestion- don't have transparent tabs- they look odd when they overlap

Hey - thanks for commenting...
That graphic - you mean the style's symbol - the circle? I think it looks odd too, maybe it it were smaller. I might redo it myself to get a better quality; I had copied and pasted it from the main Web site.
on the contact page, I think it looks good that the guys are standing outside the main content box, but I need to think about what to do with the other photos - I have more to add. Do you agree?
Thanks again,
Chris

yup... design is clean... a little too much white space in the header...
i would pair down on that some... speed up the transisitions a bit... for Jui Jitsu class.. site felt a little slow...
also pictures need some work, both placement and levels... seems like a bad scan that can be optimized a bit more... i would also play with its placement as well... maybe make them larger... and cropping them to the rounded corner?
text could be a bit larger.... and scolls feel a bit slow... (but that goes with the speeding up the site bit i mentioned earlier...)
other than that, i agree, nice and clean...

it's allright, it just makes me feel a little depressed buy maybe that's because I'm on my computer 14 hours a day and this is the most amount of communication i get with the outside world.

i like it but i don't like the spandl1 stuff
work on the security and NEVER EVER include the password in your swf... php is an option or additional external scripts
