HELP!!!!!!!! Saving a textbox!

I am creating a friend list which have a save function and saves whatever in 30 imput textboxes: i give them the instance name of 1TXTIN, 2TXTIN.... and the variable of 1TXTVA, 2TXTVA... so how to save it in the cookies as the name: FriendTXT0101

I wished to save the information within the textboxes when a save button is clicked, and loads the variables when the frame is entered...

How do you atually save a textbox info? I got tutorials that saves the position of stuff in a game, but I was rubbish with Variables and I am totally flabbergasted by what i am about to do...
