    Scrollbar Component empty?

Ok, at first I was frustrated that my scrollbar component was showing up as a white bar, and I thought I missed something dumb.

But I noticed now that there are no components in my library even though I have dragged the scrollbar onto the stage...is that supposed to happen? Did I delete something by accident? I thought you were supposed to get the folders with all the skins and component pieces and whatnot...

Anyway, can somebody tell what the hell is going on? I'm in Flash 8, in case it matters.

    Thanks.

v2 components are pre-compiled clips, no folders, just the component itself shows up in the library.

Make sure it's bound to a textfield, and that you're publishing to 7 or newer, or 6 w/ AS2.0.

I have the same problem (empty Scrollbar) and true it says Compiled Clip. Which actually I cannot use ( doesnt Work).

I have copied a scrollbar from an example in Macromedia but I need 2 scrollbars in my screen so it cant accept the second one.

    Can Someone help me please

Oh really? I was publishing to 6 I think...I'll take a look at the AS and maybe just publish it for 7 for simplicity...thanks Alex.
