Now(turning this into the ultimate yahtzee strategy thread, which i believe should have its own forum), do you use the multiple 100 point yahtzee check boxes, or do you do away with them and say if you get more than one yahtzee you must use it elsewhere?

if you get more then one yahtzee more power to you, i dont think you should be limited to just one.

they are rare which is why you should be able to have more then one, if you are able to achieve such a feat! thats like saying you can only get one 7 letter bonus in scrabble, madness!

Yahtzee's are too powerfull when abused. If you get two yahtzee's, thats 150 points...GAME OVER. Back in the day, there was no such thing as multiple yahtzee's, one yahtzee, that was it. Now all these crazy kids and their mutliple 100 point yahtzee's are driving the game into an unballanced high scoring frenzy. We need to stop this.

we play with the 100-point thing, but it's so rare that it is barely a factor.
much more dangerous is using all your letters in scrabble and getting that huge bonus.
it's hard to beat someone after they get that puppy (is it 50 points?)

Ah, these boys is all swelled up. So this was earlier...getting set to trade. Then, woooaaah differences.

your wrong, without highscores people lose interest, there needs to be an effort to set the ultimate highscore!

you wouldnt play shoots and ladders if you could only go up one ladder would you?

No but they messed with a proven age old relic...yahtzee has always garnered interest from people far and wide, without the 100 point bonus yahtzee's even...dont fix it if it isnt broken.

odd...i just played that with nordboy for the first time yesterday. it's actually kind of boring as an adult, especially when your opponent is 2 1/2 and has no clue what is going on.

I'd have to say the kid. Either way I would probably end up jumping over after pulling one up. I couldn't live with being responsible for letting either die.

You know what would suck. If you saved the kid and dropped as you say pea3698gal and as you were sobbing over your loss the kid stepped in front of a car. Bah or you found out that the kid was actually terminal and died 2 days later. Or what if you found out that not only were you holding on to the missus and a kid but the missus was going to have a kid and you didn't know it.

And it goes on and on. By the time you got done thinking about it all you hands would be all sweaty and they would both fall. Then not only would you have to live with the guilt you would also have skinned up elbows, knees, and a couple of dislocated shoulders.

Hey wait drop them both as fast as you can. Man I need my wrists to make money, especially if the wife wasn't contributing to income anymore. That couldnt be good for the carpo. Ah here we go again. What if you had seen the kid somewhere and knew that its parents where filthy rich. Would you go to hell seeing as how you save an innocent but for money or would they cancel each other out.

You know what I used to like you Norberg now im all confused. I was having a good day. And no i would never ask the wife that question. Either answer would not suffice.

Make them play paper rock siccors for it

naw you wouldnt want to have sex anymore. You would just think "If I have sex I could have a kid, and then someone might have to decide one day, like I did, if they were going to have to drop the unknown kid of the missus."

Hey what if you had just got into a big blow out with your wife when she was on her way down would you say "WHO GETS THE LAST LAUGH NOW, HUH!!!!"

And my above comment brings up another point. If you dropped someones kid then its parents would probably try to kill you. Therefore you would be forced to protect yourself. In essence this could lead to you killing again in self defense. But if you case didnt hold up in court you would then go to prison. And then you would probably have to kill some guy that corners you in the bathroom. Making you punishable for the rest of your life. So now you've killed 4 people so your deffinitly going to the land down under "the ground". Which means after the law has punished you and then you have punished yourself, you now have to look forward to your arse being on fire for the rest of your life. Or maybe if you go by some beliefs you would have to live the moment of decision over and over again in the afterlife. ARHG.

I dont think I would have a chance to think about it. i would try and pic one up and get off ballance and fall down and all 3 of us would land on the rocks.

How about if your wife was 20 and the kid was 17?
    I like good music.

Man do those comercials still come on. I haven't seen one in ages. LOL Ah I just hate ethical debates where there is really no right answer. All those thoughts plus 1,000 more would go through you head in an instant if you were really faced with it. Well except the rich parents one. lol

Truth be know, I would never find myself in that situation. I would never get close enough to the edge to have the chance to catch them. Dadgom wemon and children cant live with them cant live without them lol
