I am in the stone age and have Flash 5. Can I import video into Flash 5??? How can I have it be viewed in an HTML page as a Quicktime video or Windows Media Player video? Can I embed a video like in Flash MX?

I'm confused! If you can, send me an e-mail or post before I go crazy trying to figure this out......
