Need Help With Line Bullets
K, I'm making a game where you have a gun and you shoot stuff. I want the bullets to come in the form of white lines. The problem is that, I want the line to stop when it hits a wall.

just shoot around the environment. See how the bullet doesnt go through the wall? Well, does anyone have any idea how one can accomplish this?

ur going to need to do some trig and calc the hyp to see how "long" the line should be then rotate it depending on the mouse's position. Atleast thats how i'd do it

how would I determine how long the line would be? Dont I need to do some collision checking for that? Isnt there a tutorial for this thing?

Thanks for the link. But that didnt solve my problem, I have a scrolling background, those tutorials are more for physics. I dont know, I'll look into it more to see if I can find anything
