off topic - flash kit calender

Just looking at the flash kit calender and noticed my avatar on the front page all the way down the bottom. Pretty kool, looks like the calender I'll be buying for 2006. I was trying to find other familiar avatars but there's 520 (fully viewable) of them on there. http://www.cafepress.com/flashkit.41587647

Saw your avatar, but I also saw that the theme considers we're all 15 year old gamers,, pretty awful calender in my opinion. It has no thread at all. My daughter just did one for her biology class (frog intestines and copulating butterflys,,,,yeughhh) and to be honest,, it's a hell of a lot better than that effort , for the strong of stomach of course.
    Nice avatar though.

I beleive it is luck on getting an avatar on the front cover. I'm sure they just picked random avatars. I think for 2007 they should use flash art for each of the months.

That's a good idea for the next calendar... I'm up for it.

My entry which I never finished was built solely in Illustrator, all vector.

If you would divide that landscape oriented cover into two portrait oriented pages mine would be at the center of the left page.

    Must admit.....

....there's some nice art work in there, don't know how they did it but wish i could. guess it's just practice, practice, practice. lol
Think maybe there could have been a little more festivities on december as i get the impression someone doesn't think highly of christmas with the dead tree and grey background. lol

The art work is really good. I just wished they'd found a theme for the whole thing. Looks like a car boot sale of unwanted pictures from your grown up sons bedroom.

I know exactly what you mean, most of the pictures don't even really have anything to do with the month they're on

    2. self portait (tastefull please)
    3. Anything you think I might consider

I will select 12 for the months and probably do a composit for the cover. Hurry up and send as the New Year is around the corner.
