    Custom Cursor In HTML Codes [Not Flash]

    Can anyone here explain how to write a HTML code or JAVA code into Dreamweaver or Office Frontpage that allows me to summon my own cursor onto the browser? I can't make the whole website outta flash...

    P.S. This is not about Flash at all, so I wish nobody would bother posting AS here...

    You can create a custom cursor using CSS cursor:url(...) attribute. This only works in IE though
