Unfortunately yes people still use it. We've actually just installed it on one of our machines here at work...to update a sharepoint site. But I've avoided it at all costs throughout my career...ugh.

Thing is, eventually everyone will be using them and 'air' traffic laws are going to be a bit hard to enforce. It'll get so crowded up there that soon after we'll all be switching back to good old driving.
