a good friend and i have been doing a 'peer pressue exercise' thing, and he's been a slackass. so, i wanted to see about getting a big slab of that fat to slap him around with. no joke.

oh, and did anyone read that it takes 1 mile of blood vessels to sustain 1 pound of fat. that's incentive right there.
