[RESOLVED] Please Wait While Windows Configures Office 200 Premium

I get this message alot when certain programs (seems to happen on older 'looking' programs ?)

Please wait while windows configures office 2000 Premium.

In a little window with an icon like it's going to install something from the CD. I just cancel it twice and it's done.

Anyone experience this or know how to stop it?

I think I will try updating office 2000 premium later when I am not busy.

duh... why don't you try putting in the office 2000 disc when it asks for it? because I am not using office 2000! try it anyways! ok... wow, it worked... i am a dip****.

This happens to me too. It's called "install on demand" or something like that. You should uninstall Office 2000 and then reinstall it, but disable that feature.
