    Help guys!

Every Computer problem happens to me.

My IE failed me, I am currently using my backup explorer to post this message, MSN Explorer.

So to tell the truth, Every time when I open IE now, the CPU buzzes for a mo, then pops up a sommat like "windows visual c++ runtime error libary. this program has requested windows runtime to terminate it abnormally.. blah blah blah.. blah.."

yea.. TERMINATE.. I can't open the program.

So I ran a rough search on the Internet for the problem, and then I uninstalled Google ToolBar, A crazy downloading thingy, and er.. nothing eles.

    Nope, still don't work.

So any help guys? I am really desperate...

    Regards,
    Tongxn

I'm not that hard to imitate. Just make some random negative claim at Apple or anything else for that matter and then have nothing to back it up.

some people are just lightning rods for the rest of us. My designer at work has to either be the worst mac user ever or have the worst luck ever. It's gotten to where I just have to laugh now when something goes wrong for him.

Reinstall or repair? I agree with the firefox plugs but this should be fixable somehow.

As with most problems of this nature its easier to uninstall and reinstall than to track down the problem. In the add/remove software control panel, theres a button on the left that says add/remove windows components. You can uncheck IE, apply, restart, then recheck it. Make sure you have a windows disc handy.

When you press the Change/Remove button in Add Remove Programs for IE you will be given the option to repair the installed copy of IE. I've done this a number of times to remove stupid toolbars and it works pretty well. It's something to try before completely removing IE.

You could always do a MarkP onit and format the hard drive, put a FREE copy of linux onto it and use FireFox as your default browser and totaly forget about buggy Microsoft programms!

Yes you can and then you can be harrassed and ridiculed for your opinions cause free speach goes both ways.
