Windows like dragging

I am trying to create a personal site, the main point is that you have a Nav bar at the left and when you click one, a *window* pops up, the window should be able to do all things normal windows does, (e.g. minimize/restore,close,drag). My problems is that I do not have the proper ActionScript to do minimize and drag... the point is how to minimize a window to its bar??
The bar is like the top bar for things, and when you click *minimize* the whole window shrinks to the size of the bar (slides into the bar, in another word, or just disappear). and the drag option is only using a oval in the Bar, so only if you drag the oval, the bar follows.
How to drag the movieclip itself by dragging a movieclip inside the movieclip??

I'll have a look anyway if I don't have everything i needed.

Yea all i need now is a thing which lets the frame go backwards.. how could that be done? i mean if I had a minimumbutton which plays the animation of a window minimizing how can i use a maximum button on the minimised state and then reverse the animation?
