    Symmetry

How do you ensure that your website on koolmoves is symmetrical, if you're adding text to the size of background that you want?
    Or are there templates?

I assume you mean balanced in size. I suppose you'd say that it's a bit of trial and error. You can't really see how well it fits untill it's on the stage(the area work area of KM) YOu can make a best guess of font size then in the properties change it untill it looks right. YOu can resize with the risize transfrom tool but motion and 3d scripts will revert to the original size since they use the scale property in the script.

Depends. For a complete site I still prefer to keep it within 700x350 or so but look at sites you like and see what size they are. Most users have screens at least 1024x728 these days but you have to account for menus and tool bars

I was playing with this last night and found 990*600 pretty good. I think thats the least size I would go for as I believe 800*600 is almost out. This is of course is a pure flash site only.
Any programming language is at its best before it is implemented and used.

I would say most use 1024x768 like tmoore said but some people with bad vision like to use 800x600 (like the elderly). I like to stay around 750 in width. As for the height, that's what vertical scrollbars are for. Just try to stay away from horizontal scrollbars. Those are annoying and make the site look ugly (I think, anyway). But if you want your whole site to show, I have used 750x 450, I think. Just test the height and don't forget those who use an extra yahoo or google toolbar. Cheers!

That's why stick with around 350 or so on the height. I use firefox with tiny buttons for max screen space, but many people are not like that and have huge tool bars on their browsers.
