    Maths is easy

Especially if you have a forum like this one....

I was asked to create a form for a building company and this is the result. Calculations have not been added to second 2 floors yet.
Real time calcs avoid having the " Calculate " and wait button...

Many thanks to Blanius, you may not know it but some of your posts really helped out on this one....

LOL the work silly. I enjoy lending a hand and love seeing what people are doing with the program.

I did make some calculators and found the most benifit was that you put in your own equations. And these are great as converters for metric to english measurements. if you download a calc, you never know how it was done.

Also yours look really nice with the components.

Thanks tmoore, agree with your comments regarding calcs. Its also alot faster than pumping out the info to php/asp as the info is built into the flash...

Updated Flash so it calculates in real time, no calculate button.....

How are you going to use them chris ? They are pretty specific to the company involved.

No specific reason. Handy to have if a contractor...which I am. I'll just smoke what is useless to me adapt what is by editing the scripting.

What you have could be a "Black Box". If you let the user enter the equations, say into a Dynamic text box, then it would work for anyone. I wonder if flash can be used for a palm pilot. That way you could sell to contractors and I am sure there are standard equations that all contractors use. Just wondering.

Ok, but you see my point. Every contractor does it his way and anyshort cut would help. There must be a way to make money here. Can someone submit to win CE, like the way you can for games on cell phones?

Blanius, I would like to ask one more question if I could. Could I put a demo into a phone myself?

ok, I was reading what you sent about flash lite. The cost is 10 dollars and i have flash 8. Just can't find how to get it into my phone other than by selling it online thru adobe's site. You see Xpattect can easily put his program onto a laptop. We all can do that. But I don't know enough about cell phones. I do know that many support flash. I do know that some can look at web pages. I looked into this once but determined that my game playing skills were not hot enough so I abandoned the idea.

    Jesus this is amazing!

Chris_Seahorn is thanking for the source code, where is it?.

I have to make a formula with 9 variables, 4 of which will be changed dynamically, 2 are constants but they change from time to time. I would appreciate if the koolmoves file (.fun) can be shared to study it, in order to implement my formula since I am novice in this field
    Best regards
