Questions About Zinc
I have made a few things i wish to put into a game but they are way to CPU intensive so i have been having a look into some programms to fix that. I was just wondering about the programm called Zinc, i understand what it does but i dont know much about it.
If you have used it, whats it like?
What some of the more usefull FS commands they have added?
Does ZINC increase the speed of code execution?
Can you save directly to the users HDD?
I could not find the answers to these questions on there site, and i have no reason to register on there forum as yet.

Hype over content...
The current version is really good, much better than it used to be.
Yep, you can save locally.
It actually causes a slight decrease in speed as it's a wrapper around Flash, so it's quicker than running Flash on a web page, but slower than running it from your desktop.
Although saying that, you can drop the screen mode down to a nice low resolution and get a big speed up that way.
You may want to check out screenweaver too now it's free. Have a search for it, or check the blog link in my sig, BlinkOK posted a link to it there somewhere.
Squize.
