flash over html

im designing a newsite for a client and he wants to keep his current site and just replace the header. Is there a way to load his current site and just place the new header over top? can u layer things with html? any suggestions?

im working on the same thing with a client of mine. all you need to do is size it to the current size of the banner (if it needs to fit in perfectly) and then remove the current banner and throw in the swf file. make sure the swf file is inside the site folder aswell. thing is my client wants a rotating banner inside the header with adverts that send you to a _blank website. i think i have it all figured out with a loadmovie into a blank mc with the ads inside that.

thanks, but thats not an option because i didnt design the previous site. what i what to know is can i load html in an empty moveclip on a layer behind my header?
