First one I like the best, the colors are good, the pose is good, I'm only distracted by the white space at the top left corner, and the shadow of the photographer, I'm assuming yourself on the shirt of the model

Second one is too dark to make any details, also try positioning the model or your object in one of the magical spots, gives them more weight and influence instead of flatly placing them in the middle

I like the third one as well, but also the positioning leaves more to be desired and the cropping of the shoes made it kinda wrong, specially with only one shoe showing, either remove them both or keep them both with an extra bit of stairs underneath

Fourth one is great except that I had to tilt my head to the left to see it properly, also the little bit of sky in the top is distracting, either increase it to show the Arch shape or eliminate it entirely

Good looking model, is he indian?? his feature shows it at least, and tell him I hate him for his great hair j/k

great work man, keep practicing and use something to bounce some light into your model's faces to make their features more dominant, I like the first one the most as it shows clearly his emotions, unless it's a fashion shot, then he shouldn't frown that much

    hope that helped

i cant really expand on the suggestions of el therem as i think hes covered most things, tho i will maybe suggest something to make your life a bit easier.

u could set up a batch process in photoshop that puts your name or some text at the bottom such as what u have on them photos, so that the text is all at the same place on the photo, even pics 1 and 3 are teh same size but the text is not at the same level which i find a little destracting.
