made up variable attributes?

is it possible to make something along the lines of this:

Code:

set1.count=10;
set1.speed=4;

because when I try to put

Code:

trace(set1.count);

it gives me undefined...

i'm not sure I understand the humour of that but, yes it is. Anyways does anyone have any advice or insight as to how this can be accomplished?
