site check required // problems?
ive just had someone tell me that the sound off button at the bottom next to the time isnt showing up. Can anyone confirm this for me?
Also, in each case study, the 'close this project button' was said to be not working.
im puzzled by this, it is working fine for me.
would appreciate any feedback

hi, its there...im on fire fox, on mac

thanks for checking it...
im thinking that the individual who got the problem , may have got it by activex controls not working on their computer, they could not scroll the case studies either.
would activex have something to do with it do you think?
thanks in advance

Works fine for me too, using FF on a Pentium 4...
The page looks quite ok, i live it and the idea too...
Don't know why but for me the transition ain't that smooth, maybe if you pump up the frame rate just a bit it will be great. And in some areas the font that you used ain't clear anough, maybe that font wasn't designed to be a pixel font...
Kind regards,
Biro

thanks checking out the site and for the input biro,
what particular transitions are you talking about?
dissapointed about the font, its a pixel font to be displayed at 8px.
Sometimes a pixel font can suffer from legibility issues, ive been searching around for a while now, and that was the best I could find. Any tips on where to get good pixel fonts would be much appreciated.
had a look at your site, well done.

About the transmision, i was refering to the animations when you click on of the MC's on that "scroller nav" and at the top the thingie changes... That's a bit fuzzy and kinda slow ,not smooth... Regarding the pixel font, try seeing if you have them on Whole integers and if did you embed the font when using it...
Good luck,

one of the problems im facing just now is getting recognised in the search engines.
My index page has loads of white text (which you cant see , because the background is white.) which was put there so that it would help get the site found- it basically has phrases and info about now creative.
Ive also applied all the keywords and description information to the page.
Also, I have put 2 links on the page which go to business directories which I am in.
These steps I have taken to try and ensure the index page gets found by the search engines.
How do you tackle the problem of search engine optimisation, have you had any similar frustrations?
cheers for now
