Can you move the position of a Scene

How do I start Main Scene out at a -3300 x position.

I can set the properties of all the movies on the Scene to a negative position but does anyone know how to start the Scene out anywhere but in the center stage. I assume not. sine I cannot find anything about this

To understand why I would want this.... This site is very very wide. see www.stylewars.com (hats off!!! -- especially on the trains image scroller.) Yet Flash always starts in the middle of the stage. Which limits things.

You don't move a scene. You move stuff in it. Everything you see on that site is an optical illusion. Different layers moving at different speeds.
