i had another point to make but i forgot, oh well main point is, unless he releases it to make money (i dunno if he is, i only read half the first page and the first post on page 2) so basically, nintendo won't give a crap.

2) i don't think that every pink and round character with arms and legs is "banned" because of Kirby... that would mean that every green adventurer with a sword and a shield should be prohibited too, etc etc...

Oh, and also every round character should be prohibited finally (think the little Puyo Puyos, Dragon Quest's slimes, Kirby and many any others)

Actually Pinky has a bump at the top of his head, he has wings, and a halo. His feet aren't the same color, and are smaller, etc etc
He doesn't even "suck" the opponents, he doesn't become bigger because of that etc (actually he fights with his halo). I think he's different enough, although similar He's not Kirby (no, he's not even a dead version of Kirby, haha).
