flash 8 free trial won't install (corrupt file?)

i'm trying to get my hands on flash 8 from their website...the free trial version...yet everytime i download it, it tells me it can't unpack the files cuz of a corruption error...whats the deal? is it me or is there really a problem with the file uploaded on macromedia.com?

my pc doesn't have internet so i downloaded the program on my dads pc (here) and i transfer it with a usb...however i tried installing it on both computers to see if my computer was being a jerk...and i get the same answer on this one...

anyone else get the error?

what o what can i do?

Sounds like download was not complete. Try downloading it again.

ya i get the same problem... i can install flash 8 pro on my desktop, some other computers at work, but not my laptop.... it starts installing, then when it gets to the windows installshield thingy there is a pop-up message from flash saying the installation was interrupted before it could finish. i have XP SP2, all updates, i tried installing from several different sources, turned off almost all backround processes... help please?

anyone? this is kinda f-ed up... none of the macromedia 8 suite will install....
