    mp3 clip for my movie

    in my movie i have used a mp3 clip from a composer from a tv series, Do i have to be worried about copyright issues if it is just a small clip?

    I agree with Loh Tek,
    I think that as long as you dont
    have it as a free download and distribute it
    to all you visitors, you should be ok.
    Maybe giving proper credits for the author
    of the song/melody would be good too.

    I'm currently working on a site that will have
    such clips and also full songs embed into flash
    and password protected so they cant copy them
    to ipod or something like that hahah..
