Love the navigation and blur/wave effects throughout the site.
There are little touches throughout the site, that in my opinion take it a step above 90% of what is out there. Like the little graphical face image on the right of : company > curious people > choose a person on the top

I agree 3P, good call. I made it the SOD. One of these days we'll get that "Cutting Edge Design" thing going and this will be listed there.

LOL, how true that is. It looks like I have same free time coming up soon. I have had a little bit, but not what was needed to get everything completed.

Yeah, the interesting thing about Flash design is how it goes through cycles.
As soon as there is a new release of Flash, it takes about 6-8 months for the really cool designs to start surfacing, then a new Flash version comes out and the cycle starts again. Losts of the first sites froma Flash release have all the new program toys/effects overdone in the desing. Takes awhile for the subtle stuff to surface.
