    H2g2

    Its been brought up a few times, so now we need a propper discussion about it and other DNA books.

    My litterature and drama teacher (who died in a bombing in Quatar) mentioned it in class once, and thats why I bought it. I have also read the first Dirk Gently book and the meaning of liff (my friends username online is Abilene, which is the pleasing coolness on the reverse side of the pillow). The radio series is excelent, but the movie sucked.

    Movie was an utter disappointment (both of them). Suppose it's unavoidable, though, as most of Adam's brilliance was in his narration/description, which is hard to translate into a movie. Although lines like "Ford, you're turning into a penquin - stop that." could get a laugh from just about any actor.

    They really need a HHGTTG MMORPG. Which is, coincidentally, the name of the third president of galaxy.

    oh, that mmorpg idea is good. I bet someone in the Games section will make it

    Yes, the TV series - saw it on video, so I considered it a movie.

    How many Dirk's are there? Just 2, right? Long Dark Tea Time of the Soul and The Holistic Dectective Agency.

    And yep, I bet there'll be someone in there soliciting people for a 'team' any day now...
