I don't know... From the previews, the parts like the dinner where he says "they'd like these two... not so much that one," I've seen on Google. The "not joke," too.
I've actually not seen any Borat stuff other than the throw the jews down the well performace at a cowboy bar.
I guess there a few scenes that could have been pulled from an old show but there's enough consistancy in the plot to make me think most all of it is new. There were a couple of scenes where my laughter was delayed out of pure shock.
