easy way to load a flv?

does any body know the easiest way to load a flv file into a swf file
im trying to make a video player for a friend who owns a gaming site he know nothing about flash i know somethings about flash but none on video

when i say easy i mean that its easy to upload the files not on making the fla
if you know of any tuts or any thing plz post them
