I kinda think I know by now how the lounge works and what sort of camaraderies develop ...just because I give up my mod role doesn't mean I get amnesia.

My point was that unless a disgruntled member makes a big deal of leaving, then nobody would know or care too much really (except for the odd 'I wonder what has happened to <insert name here> thread).

I can't see the point in the old 'it's my ball and if I can't play by my rules, I am going to take my ball and go home' syndrome. Deleting helpful threads or removing information you have provided freely in the past because you are pissed about something in the now is a crock...and I say good riddance to anyone who does it.

the only thing I can attribute it to would be that either because of possible length here or amount of helpfulness in the tech forums.. he didnt need to adibe the rules? or maybe his ego/pride was bruised?

Nobody like to have things they are doing wrong pointed out to them.. in all aspects of life. Some can take that as constructive, and simply correct it.. and some get offended.

Im sure Ive been guilty of this in my life.. people make mistakes.. its how you handle it afterward that defines your character.
