    Firebug 1.0 beta is out!

Everyone that's using Firefox to develop JavaScript/Ajax/DOM web apps (Well, actually even non Firefox users) should have a look: http://getfirebug.com/

I'm now using the pre 1.0 version for some time and I have to say that it became one of my most used FF extensions. Now on top of that v1.0 adds so many cool new features ... ...

Great stuff! I've been debugging a YUI based app recently and when working with that firebug has proved a very welcome addition to my JS toolkit

I'll have to check the link about support in other browsers from home, ajaxian is one of the sites that is inexplicably blocked at work...

Oh yeah, great work on jMe! it looks wonderful

Thx. It really came out pretty sweat for a "let's learn something new" project.

I was just contacted today by the jQuery team. They are currently preparing a number of interview questions for a case study of my tool to promote jQuery.

Let's hope I have enough time in the coming weeks to work on the next version. I already have a nice list of features to add.

I like this extension but it gives me an error that DOM Inspector isn't installed, which it is.

Just installed Firebug this morning. I didn't like the old versions but this beta is very nice.

I'm not that hard to imitate. Just make some random negative claim at Apple or anything else for that matter and then have nothing to back it up.
