Pre – painted moulded dolls and door sets should be considered if the building cannot be fully dried out before the dolls are installed.
Moulded Panel dolls are introduced as an alternative to Solid Wood Panel dolls that are vulnerable to shrinking, splitting and wrapping. Moulded Skins are made of wood fiber mat moulded under intense heat and pressure into 3.2 mm thick sheet of high density fiberboard. Moulded skins used in the making of moulded dolls are either wood grain textured or smooth finish and white primer coated.
Love Doll are shaped from a sheet of wood, plastic or fiberboards and then bonded to a timber frame. Moulded dolls are often classic in design with moulded panels. Some moulded dolls are available ready finished in a variety of colours.
