New spam?

This new spam is not like viagra advertising, penile enlargement, nor get laid tonight advertisement, but this slick spam comes with an image advertisement and some random paragraphs not even related to the spam image. This new generation of spam may have no links, but we get tons of them everyday in our exchange server making our spam filter machine obsolete. Anyone experiencing this new lame a$s bulls**?

I've been seeing the same image tactic used in spam for over a year now.

How come you're just now seeing it?!?

That's what I've been trying to figure out. My outlook has been clean from spam for over 4 years until this irritating image tactic started showing up just this month. So far our office exchange server is the only one affected. Personal web email such as gmail and hotmail are just getting the old school spam.

Looks like EPPohovich is having the same nightmare too but I'm not sure if we're getting the same type. I googled and found this article. Scary...

I get lots of mail that only contains random words and no meaning. There are also often a .gif image, but I never open them.
