Sound Loops

What is the best method for getting sound loops for your games? Are there people willing to create loops to get their names in the credits? Are there any decent free loops? Around what range would it cost to have someone create a loop?

FK has itself large loops collection. Of course not all of them are free so you should note which license each one uses.

For example Kevin MacLeod creates royalty-free music:

These are not actually loops, but they could be used to create loops.
